Shipping Policy

We at MaharaniMusic want to give you best online buying experience. We kept all our policies and procedure simple and easy.

We ship all orders via USPS or UPS. Shipping cost may vary, depends on various factors.

Under normal circumstances, it takes 2-3 business days to deliver within US and takes 6-10 business days to deliver international package; however sometimes it might take little longer due to weather condition or any out of our ambit reasons. We always try to ship out order within 24 hours or let the customer know, if there is any issue. We ship all orders through 'Priority Mail'; however other options are open like 'Express Mail'. We can ship through 'Express Mail' if customer requests us. We always take 'Signature Required' Confirmation.

Our store remain closed on Tuesday, therefore we do not ship any order on Tuesday.

If any item is temporarily out of stock, we would order it for you, if possible and will inform you at the same time.

Return Policy

We do not refund money for sold items. We can only exchange the items. All items that you believe are defective are subject to our inspection before exchange is approved.

Customer has to bear the return shipping expense.

All returns require a return authorization from us. Before you return an item to us please call us and tell us your reason for a return. All unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
